Kimberley Ann Gray
Professional Biography
Kimberley Ann Gray is a founding partner of Durdan DiSanto & Gray LLP and a dynamic member of Niagara’s legal community.
Born and raised in Niagara Falls, she is the daughter of Howard and Mariann Gray and grew up playing competitive hockey for the Niagara Rapids and travel baseball for the city. She received the George Lowe Scholarship and Award for her athletic and academic achievements and continues to support local sports through participation in charity golf tournaments and softball leagues.
Gray serves on the boards of Community Living Fort Erie and the Welland County Law Association and recently became an instructor for the landlord and tenant course at Niagara College. An entrepreneur at heart, she became a landlord in 2016 and founded On Demand Process Serving and Court Filing in 2018, managing its operations alongside her legal practice.
Gray attended law school at the University of Sussex in England and completed her articles with Martin Sheppard Fraser LLP before being called to the bar in 2015. After practising at Hurren & Gibson, she co‑founded Durdan DiSanto & Gray with Anne Marie Di Santo. Her practice spans civil litigation, real estate, employment law and estates, and she is known for delivering practical advice and championing legal technology to improve client service.
