Frank is a partner at RZCD Law Firm LLP and was called to the Bar in 1992. With over three decades of experience, he specialises in Real Estate, Municipal, and Development Law. A graduate of the University of Toronto (B. Comm.) and the University of Windsor (MBA & LL.B.), Frank is a key figure in the Niagara legal and development community, serving as President of the Queenston Quarry Reclamation Company and a board member of Willowbank (The School of Restoration Arts).

Anya is the founder of Zubic Law, a boutique firm in the Niagara region. Licensed to practise in Ontario, Alberta, and British Columbia, she specialises in Real Estate Law, Wills & Estates, and Corporate/Commercial Law. Known for her client-first philosophy and transparent approach, Anya is an active member of the Niagara legal community and the Ontario Bar Association, operating her practice in the heart of Niagara Falls.
